The initiative to keep eight high-tech parlours open 24x7 reflects Aavin's commitment to meeting the increased demand and supporting the community during this critical time.

Extending Operation Hours

To address the spike in demand, especially following the temporary panic buying post-cyclone, Aavin's decision to operate eight of its high-tech parlours around the clock is a first in its history. This move ensures that residents have uninterrupted access to essential dairy products.

Locations of 24x7 Parlours

The selected parlours for this continuous service include those in strategic locations such as Ambattur, Madhavaram, Sholinganallur, Anna Nagar, Besant Nagar, Mylapore, and Valasaravakkam. This wide distribution ensures that a large portion of the city's population can benefit from this service.

Meeting the Surge in Demand

Increased Production and Distribution

Since December 7, in response to the cyclone's impact, Aavin has been distributing an additional 50,000 litres of milk per day. This is in addition to over 22 tonnes of skimmed milk powder, catering to various civic bodies and organizations involved in relief efforts.
